At Fitsuvai, we strive to provide a seamless and efficient meal delivery experience. Below is the breakdown of our shipping policy, designed to ensure that your fresh, healthy meals are delivered to your doorstep in a timely and professional manner.

Shipping Areas

We currently offer meal deliveries to customers located within Madurai, TamilNadu. If you are unsure about whether we deliver to your location, please contact our customer support team for clarification.

Delivery Schedule

Flexible Delivery Timing: We offer flexible delivery schedules to fit your needs. You can choose delivery times based on your preferences. We ask for at least 2 hours' notice for lunch and dinner orders, and 24 hours in advance for breakfast orders.

Delivery Days: We deliver on Monday to Saturday. No deliveries are made on Sundays or holidays.

Weekly & Monthly Deliveries: As part of our membership plans, you can choose to have your meals delivered weekly or monthly, depending on your subscription plan. We will deliver your meals consistently on your preferred days.


Packaging

We take great care to ensure that your meals are securely packaged to maintain their freshness and quality. At Fitsuvai, we prioritize both health and sustainability in our packaging.

Steel Tiffin Boxes: To promote a healthier lifestyle, we use steel tiffin boxes for all meal deliveries. Steel is a non-toxic, eco-friendly material that keeps your meals fresh and retains their nutrients while being reusable and durable. It’s a perfect alternative to plastic containers, ensuring that your meals are served in a safe and environmentally conscious manner.

Banana Leaves: We also incorporate banana leaves in our packaging, which are naturally antibacterial and provide a fresh, aromatic layer to your meals. This traditional method not only enhances the flavor but also adds an eco-friendly touch to our sustainable practices.

All of our packaging is designed to maintain the quality of your meals, while being gentle on the planet. The steel tiffin boxes are easy to store and use, and the banana leaves are fully biodegradable, ensuring your meals are delivered in a way that promotes both your health and the environment.

Delivery Charges

Standard Delivery Fees: Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout, based on the distance to your delivery address. The fees will be clearly stated before you confirm your order.

Free Delivery for Monthly Membership: We offer free delivery for customers who subscribe to our monthly membership plans in specified delivery areas. This ensures that your healthy meals are delivered to your doorstep without any additional cost.

Discounted Delivery for Weekly Membership: While weekly membership does not include free delivery, we offer reduced delivery charges for customers in all areas. Even if your location is not eligible for free delivery, you will benefit from a discounted shipping rate to make sure your meals remain affordable.

Delivery Areas: Free and discounted delivery charges apply to selected areas. For a list of eligible locations, please refer to our delivery area section or contact our customer support team.

Order Processing

Order Confirmation: Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. If there are any issues with your order, such as a scheduling conflict or item unavailability, our customer support team will notify you promptly.

Order Cut-Off Time

To ensure timely delivery of your meals, please note the following cut-off times:

Lunch Orders:

Order before 10:00 AM will be delivered between 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM.

Order before 11:00 AM will be delivered between 1:30 PM and 3:30 PM.

Dinner Orders:

Order before 3:00 PM will be delivered between 6:00 PM and 7:30 PM.

Order before 6:00 PM will be delivered between 7:30 PM and 9:30 PM.

Please ensure that you place your order within these time frames to receive your meals on time. Any orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed for the next available delivery window.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email or App/Website notification with the details of your order and a tracking number once it has been dispatched. This will allow you to track your order in real-time and ensure that you are aware of your meal delivery status.
